In all, I created eight ringtones, and all turned out perfectly. Using the Sprint PCS network the entire process took less than 3 minutes from upload to phone download. On my Verizon cellphone it took six hours. The Verizon delay is based on Verizon's SMS/MMS network and had nothing to do with MobileReelz. Considering the track record that Verizon has with other ringtone websites this was even faster than normal. With Phonezoo I could wait for over three days before getting a ringtone.

Edinburg City Council has approved Gilbert “Hot Checks” Mercado onto the Edinburg Medical Advisory Committee. What in the hell were they thinking? Are there no criminal background checks done prior to appointments on any of the City of Edinburg's Advisory Boards?
Gilbert Mercado ran under the Joe Ochoa and Gus Garcia ticket but lost his second bid for Edinburg CISD School Board. But that is not the problem. The fact that Gilbert Mercado is a Pharmaceutical Representative and on the Medical Advisory Board is equivalent to putting a used car salesman onto the Board of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
But I digress ... since I want the citizens of Edinburg to succeed and since the Edinburg City Council has lowered the minimum qualifications to be accepted into the Edinburg Medical Advisory Committee, I found out how anyone could become a Pharmaceutical Representative; then you too could be considered for an appointment onto a prestigious board.
